As some of you may already know, Canada Post is currently on strike and not accepting or delivering new mail while the strike is ongoing. Due to this, there may be delays in shipping and receiving some orders until this strike is over.

I give my deepest apologies in regards to any delays that may be caused by this, especially as many are looking to start their Christmas and holiday shopping at this time.

If you would like to place an order, I recommend choosing the Stallion Express shipping option at checkout if it is available for your location, as they still ship through other carriers such as UniUni, ICS, Purolator, etc. during the strike. If you only have Chit Chats option available, please note I may ship through Stallion Express instead (if possible and if the shipping rates are similar) in an attempt to make sure you receive your package in a more timely manner.

Unfortunately, any new oversized letter mail orders will not be mailed out until the strike has ended, and might be further delayed by mail backup Canada Post will receive. Due to this, I will be disabling the standard letter mail option for new orders for the time being, as your packages will not be able to be tracked if there is a severe delay post-strike.

I will also be selling at the Bamtori Jinglebam Market on December 7th in North York for anyone local looking to get some Pixel Moon goodies before the holidays. Please see additional details below for those interested.

I appreciate your understanding and patience during this time, and please know I will be monitoring the situation with Canada Post closely to reopen standard letter mail shipping as soon as possible for those looking for a more economical shipping option.
